Sometimes I wonder if the things I think I'm doing right are really right...is God going to condemn me for trying to do the right thing..even though my heart doesn't feel what it used to ...???..
Life is good...always could be better..but surely could be worst...even though things between hubby and I are running very smoothly...and I'm happy for the most part...I just am not in love with him...I'm a pretty much happy person and I have a lot of love inside of me and I think that is what sustains us...but that feeling of him being my other half is just not there..His words of "I love you"...just don't pentrate my heart...I know the reasons why...for he has broken so much in me in our relationship...I truly think I've forgiven most..for I don't feel hate toward him..and he for the most part is a good man..but..I don't trust or believe in him either..and that I believe is what holds back my heart from loving him again..and I so miss being in love.....
So even though my intentions are good...and my vows I honor..and all of myself I work toward being a good person ...wife...mother...does it truly matter...or because God knows what is truly in my heart...or lacking in my heart be held against me???...
I know no one can give me that answer..no one but God...and yes..surely I will pray on it with my Lord...I guess I just needed to say it somewhere besides my head...you know sometimes when you say it out in words...it then seems to hit you like ...what are you talking about...and your own words give you the answers you need....
I was wondering why don't you both, if you haven't, invest some time into a marriage encounter group - there are several good one. These are groups where both husband and wife go and actually take lessons on how to communicate, date, romance and learn to see the others life through their eyes. It really opens up each person through seeing from "the other person's eyes" a real compassion to love again.
We went through and then taught classes and even through Hubby and I thought we knew everything - we learned so much and we became even closer than we were. It really is a way to learn to love again - I have seen it work time and time again. This is just a suggestion - because I know it would help if nothing else but to make sure you are where you want to be. Why not think about reviving those embers instead of allowing them to burn out? Just a suggestion that maybe your hubby would participate in - What do you think?

Personal feelings can't be faked - Never! So if it's not there - it's just not there. My feelings are that God never said you couldn't divorce - there are reasons - and even God divorced Israel. Just don't feel that you are trapped - their are options. God will show you the way.
God knows our hearts and our fears and He isn't waiting for us to make mistakes so He can punish us - but so many people think just like that (it isn't so). You getting a divorce or falling out of love doesn't remove your salvation -
