 Honey....I'm home....
 

 
Honey...I'm home......LOL.....
 
Thanksgiving went off pretty smoothly....and was peaceful....My eldest did most of the cooking which was awesome...I didn't even have to clean up afterwards...I did do some though...don't want you to think I am that lazy...lol....I had to go to work that evening...but I must say...it was not as bad as I thought....I would have still preferred to stayed home...but...hey that is life I suppose....
 
My eldest's girlfriend came for a few days...she was ok..but I still don't think she is the right one for him...Sorry...I do try...and then...I really am tired of trying to be so nice to others when they seem to go out of their way to be UN-nice to me....still praying on that one...
 
No..nothing bad happen for Thanksgiving...it really did go nicely..My mother and my stepdad came over to eat dinner with us ...it really was so relaxing...that is how I love it...There was conversation and laughing...just plain old family things...nothing out of the ordinary...nothing fake..all real....What I call true family.....
 
We used to take turns with my hubby's family on the holidays going to one's in the dinner time and the other at the nite meal...but..after so many years of sly remarks and jesters of ugliness toward me...well, lets just say...SammyJo....finally started liking herself enough to not go where she is not wanted or ever shall be wanted....That is one of the reasons I do try to see different sides of the girlfriend...and that is why I just speak what I don't like about certain things when it comes to my kids...I would rather be upfront and truthful...trying not to be ugly though...but it is better than being liars and sneaks and behind the back talkers....I have had my fill of that...I already have to put up with it at work and out in the world...but oh my goodness not in my own family.....
 
Ok....shush...enough of that....Now..for some good news...well...sorta good....yeah good for my middle son...prob trouble for me and my house...lol....
 
We got the puppie!!!!!.....yeah...that is right...he finally got his Siberian Husky Puppy......And get this...He was born on 9-11-06...yeah...I thought they were kidding...but it is on the papers...he was born Sept 11,2006....
 
He is really cute...white and black and some tan not much it is fading...and he has blue eyes...my dachshund who is my baby is rather jealous at the moment and is not to kind just yet...but we are working it slowly...
 
Now my son has a big responsiblity....it has only been a few days...he is doing well at it...we shall see....I just know what will happen...Mom will get stuck with all the work...lol...and prob fall in love with the dog...he is really cute...and he likes to talk to us....
 
When we take him outside...he looks so out of place...in the green grass he just don't fit...he looks like he should be in the snow....lol...and yes....he is in my home...Yikes....The things we do for our kids....LOVE.....

I give thanks for my 3 precious gifts...My sons...From whom I found the most purest and unconditional Love...I give thanks for my hubby..though many toils have come our way...we still stand together 21 years...I give thanks for my Mom...who through all the toils I gave her never gave up or gives up on me..who always knows what and when I need her....I give thanks for being humbled...for without it I would have never found our new beginnings...I give thanks for our home which keeps my family cool in the summer and warm in the winter...in which we may have a safe place to lay our heads and join our hearts....I give thanks for our jobs which put food on our tables and clothes on our backs..I give thanks for being whole and waking up each morning to a new day...a new try at living the way the Lord wants me too...I give thanks for all the people who have come into my life and that I have loved and have been loved by...I give thanks for the one who gave the ultimate sacrifice of Love..in order for our sins to be forgiven...Who gives us a fresh start when we only ask of him....who never leaves me no matter how much I push him away...Thank you my Lord Jesus...
There are so many more things I am thankful for...but..these are some of the most important ones and a sum of it...
I hope your day is filled with Love and Laughter with the ones you love most....and that your bellies are filled with yummies....

 A Day with the Boys

Yesterday...I had a great day with my boys...we didn't start off as early as planned..but...after going to the dentist with the eldest...we headed off to eat some buffet..it was more like 3 in the afternoon but still was yummy....We made our way to the Best Buy store which really overwhelms me because there is just so much in that store...and so loud with the TVs and the Radios and you get my drift...but..my boys just love that store...we bought a few movies and of course I was told a Christmas wish list from this store...lol..
 
We then headed off to the Mall...They had so much traffic and let me tell you the people in the mall...but..I must say people were rather nice..not that they went out their ways to smile or say hey..but...they and we all handled the traffic well...no honking or being crazy...and in the mall people were not killing each other to get to a place...so we seem to have picked a good day on a Tuesday...but..I know come Friday..Whew it will be insane...which I don't have any plans on going out in that...lol....anyway..back to the fun day with my boys...
 
We headed off looking in all the stores....a lot of the stores already decorated with Christmas things..so pretty...I love Christmas as I said before...we ate cookies from the cookie place...and just looked at everything they had...and again I got my long list of Christmas wishes from my boys....
 
I made my way into the Hallmark store...I found myself a couple of new ornaments for the tree...of course I had to get myself a new RaggedyAnn and Andy ornament...my favorite...and then I found a 2006 Husky ornament...what luck....I did control myself in the store..I know I have to have money for the actual Christmas shopping....LOL....
 
And guess what!!!!!!  We did get to see Santa!!!!  Yes indeed...there he was sitting on his big chair...just a looking so awesome....Real beard and all...even the belly was real...My youngest had already told me a few things that he wanted me to tell Santa and now here he was...I asked him if he wanted to go talk to Santa and tell him...and yes he did...of course I had to walk up with him..but once there let me tell you he sat on Santa's lap and began to tell him what he wanted...I just loved it...and of course they were offering pictures also for a price...nothing is free or cheap anymore...but I couldn't pass this up....Even the other 2 boys got in this pic for me...I love it....I got a couple of the keychains with the pic....I'v got to be able to see them always and to of course show them off.....LOL...
 
We just had a lot of fun...don't get me wrong...there were a few times we had to tell the younger ones to behave...but that is expected..Nothing is ever perfect...but yesterday sure was great...I think we finally came home around 12 midnight..yeah that is right that late...lol.Can you believe my youngest hung with us the whole time...well he is used to that we are all like Owls...lol lol...but I tell you when I finally hit my head on the pillow I was out like a light...I had a lot of fun...but boy was I exhausted....lol...
 
Tom. my eldest is doing most of the cooking...Yippeeee...it will be so nice to have someone else cook...and then I have to go to work for 5 in the afternoon so that will be just in time to leave the dishes for them...lol...shame on me....no I will surely do dishes along with them...
 
Well ok then..enough of my running on...
